Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 1 Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon parsley, roughly chopped
- Salt & pepper, to season
Directions
- Begin by preheating the air-fryer to 400F.
- Arrange frozen Waffle Fries in a single layer in the first air-fryer basket, following the cooking instructions provided on the packaging.
- In a small bowl, whisk 2 eggs until smooth and well combined to create the wet batter; set aside. 4. Combine breadcrumbs and flour in another small bowl; set aside.
- Dip Boursin into the wet batter, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat the Boursin with flour, followed by another dip in the wet batter, and a final coating with breadcrumbs.
- Place the prepared Boursin in the second air fryer basket and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the breadcrumbs achieve a golden-brown colour.
- Arrange the cooked Boursin in the center of a plate, surrounded by the Waffle Fries. Garnish the Boursin with balsamic glaze and parsley for a delightful presentation. Enjoy!
