Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Drive Thru Fries
- ¼ cup (63ml) Evoolution Serrano Honey Vinegar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the Cavendish Farms Drive Thru Fries evenly across the prepared baking sheet and cook them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and use a spatula to flip the fries over. Return the sheet to the oven for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the firs are golden and crispy.
- Make the serrano honey glaze. Combine the vinegar with 1 tablespoon of honey in a small pot. Heat the vinegar and honey together over low heat until heated through and well combined. Taste the glaze and, if needed, adjust the sweetness level with more honey to suit your taste.
- When the fries are cooked, place them in a large bowl. Pour the glaze over the fries and stir with a rubber spatula to coat. Serve immediately with tzatziki on the side or any other fresh dip you like.
