Quick Reuben Hash Brown Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Classic Hash Brown Patties
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 450 grams corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 8 cornichon pickles, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat toaster oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread Hash Brown Patties in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, make the Russian dressing by combining the mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Top each cooked Hash Brown Patty with dressing, a slice of Swiss cheese, and corned beef. Place back in the toaster oven for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Garnish with sauerkraut, a drizzle of more dressing, and the sliced cornichon!
