One Pan Pork Loin with Oven Chips

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 30 minutes | Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Flavour Crisp Classic Oven Chips
  • 2 cups of French green beans
  • 2 pound boneless pork loin roast
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ½ teaspoon sage or 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, sage/Italian seasoning, honey, salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Rub the seasoning on the pork loin and let marinade for 1 hour.
  4. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for quick clean up.
  5. Place pork loin in the centre of the pan alongside 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Flavour Crisp Classic Oven Chips.
  6. Bake the pork loin and oven chips, flipping after 15 minutes. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  7. In a small bowl, drizzle olive oil, salt & pepper over 2 cups of French beans and mix well.
  8. 3 minutes before the timer ends, remove the pan and add in seasoned green beans to the pan.
  9. Remove pan from the oven once everything is cooked and serve the one pan pork loin with your favourite dipping sauces on the side.
