Mini Hash Browns with Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 cooked beet
  • ¼ cup goat cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Mini Hash Browns in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, roughly chop dill. Slice cooked beet into cubes and set aside.
  4. Plate cooked Mini Hash Browns on a serving platter. Garnish with beet, goat cheese and dill, and enjoy!
