Mini Hash Brown Patty Strudels

Ingredients

  • 8 Cavendish Farms Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties
  • ½ cup strawberry jelly
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 teaspoons milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons jimmies sprinkles

Directions

  1. Cook Cavendish Farms Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties in oven or air fryer according to packaging directions.
  2. While the mini patties are cooking, prepare the icing. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of milk. If the icing is too thick, add more milk, ½ teaspoon at a time, until it reaches a drizzling consistency.
  3. Once the mini patties are cooked to a light golden colour, remove them from the oven or air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes on a wire rack or plate.
  4. After the mini patties have cooled slightly, spread a layer of strawberry jelly on top of each patty, covering the surface evenly.
  5. Drizzle the prepared powdered sugar icing over the strawberry jelly-topped mini patties. Use a spoon or a piping bag with a small round tip to create a zigzag or crisscross pattern.
  6. Finally, garnish the iced mini patties with jimmies sprinkles. Allow the icing to set for a minute and enjoy!
