Mini Hash Brown Patty Parms

Ingredients

  • 12-16 Cavendish Farms Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh oregano leaves, optional for garnish

Directions

  1. Cook Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties in oven or air fryer according to packaging directions.
  2. While the patties are cooking, warm the tomato sauce in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Preheat the oven broiler to high.
  4. Once the mini patties are cooked to a light golden colour, remove them from the oven or air fryer. Place the cooked mini patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving some space between each patty. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce onto each mini patty. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the tops of the sauced patties, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the baking sheet with the prepared mini patties under the broiler in the oven. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden brown. Keep a close eye on the patties to avoid burning.
  6. Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Allow the Mini Hash Brown Patty Parms to cool for a minute before transferring them to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh oregano leaves and enjoy!
