Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cilantro, chopped
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, sliced
- Lime wedges
Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Sweet Potato Fries in a single layer in air-fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, mix yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, and 1/2 tsp salt in a mixing bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning. Set aside.
- Heat a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add smoked paprika, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, and remaining salt. Dry-toast the spices for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant and slightly darkened.
- Toss cooked Sweet Potato Fries in a large bowl with spice mix until evenly coated.
- Pile seasoned Sweet Potato Fries on a serving platter. Garnish with cilantro, chopped scallions, and sliced chili peppers, and serve with yogurt sauce and lime wedges.
