Loaded Skin-On Diced Hash Brown Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Classic Skin-On Diced Hash Browns
  • ¼ cup green onion
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cooked bacon
  • 1 tbsp sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread Diced Hash Browns in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, roughly chop green onion and set aside.
  4. To an oven - safe dish, add cooked Diced Hash Browns, cheddar cheese and bacon and bake in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
  5. Garnish Loaded Skin-On Diced Hash Brown Skillet with sour cream and green onion!
