Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 3 garlic cloves, minced, divided
- 4 tbsp lemon juice, divided
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pickled turnips, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 small to medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup parsley, roughly chopped
Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Waffle Fries in a single layer in air-fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, combine 2 minced garlic cloves, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add and evenly coat the chicken thighs. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- For the garlic yogurt sauce, mix the Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a small bowl. Season to taste and set aside.
- Place the cooked Waffle Fries on a large serving plate. Top with cooked chicken, pickled turnips, diced tomatoes, red onion and parsley. Drizzle generously with garlic sauce!
