Kid-Friendly Breakfast with Potato Tots

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • 2 grapes
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of granola of choice
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Potato Tots in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, slice grapes and strawberries in half and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk egg until smooth and set aside.
  5. In a medium-heat pan, add olive oil. Pour in egg mixture and stir eggs until cooked. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  6. To serve, garnish yogurt with granola. Add scrambled eggs, sliced fruit and cooked Potato Tots to a plate and enjoy!
