Garlic and Rosemary Wedges with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Garlic & Rosemary Wedges
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer and oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread Wedges in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. For the ranch dressing, whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Stir in the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the cooked Wedges with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
