Garlic & Rosemary Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Garlic & Rosemary Wedges
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer and oven to 400°F.
- Spread Wedges in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- For the ranch dressing, whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Stir in the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve the cooked Wedges with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
