Garlic Aioli Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of parsley, to garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- To make the garlic aioli, in a blender, add garlic, salt, lemon zest and blend till smooth. Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk until well combined.
- Keep the blender running on low and slowly drizzle in olive oil and vegetable oil. Blend until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste before transferring garlic aioli into a bowl. Garnish garlic aioli with chopped parsley.
- Serve with a side of crispy Cavendish Farms Drive Thru-Fries and enjoy!
