Galentine’s Day Fry Board

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Slim Steak Cut Fries
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 cup blackberry goat cheese, of choice
  • 1 small roasted beet
  • 1 ¾ cup cooked chickpeas
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp feta
  • 1 tbsp garlic aioli
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt & pepper, to season

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 
  2. Spread Waffle Fries, Slim Steak Cut Fries and Mini Hash Browns in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, roughly chop parsley, chives and roasted beet set aside. Thinly slice blackberry goat cheese and set aside.
  4. To make beet hummus, add chopped roasted beet, chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, salt and pepper. Drizzle in olive oil as the hummus is mixing. Blend hummus until smooth and set aside.
  5. Add cooked Waffle Fries, Mini Hash Browns and Slim Steak Cut Fries to serving plates.
  6. Garnish Mini Hash Browns with beet hummus, feta and parsley. Drizzle garlic aioli on Slim Steak Cut Fries and garnish with parsley. Add a slice of blackberry goat cheese on Waffle Fries, garnish with blackberries, chives and honey. Serve remaining beet hummus in a dipping bowl and garnish with olive oil and chives and enjoy!
