Slim Steak Cut Fries
Craveably crispy in just 5 minutes, Quick Crisp Slim Steak Cut Fries are just as likely to satisfy as a snack or side. Our Quick Crisp products are great in the oven, but were made for the air fryer, so you can cook your favorites even faster. Made in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Slim Steak Cut Fries
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup roast beef
- Salt & pepper, to season
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Slim Steak Cut Fries in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly chop parsley and set aside.
- To make a simple roux sauce, add butter and stir until melted in a medium heat pan. Add in flour, salt and pepper, and form into a paste or a ball. Cook on medium heat for 1 - 3 minutes and slowly add in milk, stirring constantly. Turn heat to low and whisk until your desired thickness is reached. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Heat roast beef in microwave for 1 minute and set aside.
- Place cooked Slim Steak Cut Fries in a serving plate and top with roast beef. Garnish with roux sauce and parsley and enjoy!
