Family Brunch Platter

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Diced Hash Browns
  • 2 pears
  • 5 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 cup smoked salmon
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 3 tangerines
  • Salt & pepper, to season

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 
  2. Spread Potato Tots, Mini Hash Browns and Diced Hash Browns in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, thinly slice pears. Slice hard - boiled eggs in half and roughly chop green onion and set aside.
  4. Place smoked salmon and cream cheese into a separate small serving bowl and set aside.
  5. Assemble Brunch Platter with cooked Potato Tots, Mini Hash Browns and Diced Hash Browns.
  6. Add the serving bowl of smoked salmon and cream cheese, sliced hard-boiled eggs, cherries, whole tangerines and sliced pears. Garnish Diced Hash Browns with green onion and hard- boiled eggs with salt & pepper and serve!
