Easter Brunch Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Diced Hash Browns
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Hash Brown Waffles
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Mini Quick Cook Hash Brown Patties
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup hollandaise sauce of choice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • Dips, cheese, and fruits of your choice

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 
  2. Cook Diced Hash Browns, Hash Brown Waffles, and Mini Hash Brown according to packaging instructions.
  3. To a heated small pot filled with boiling water, create a vortex, and add egg in the middle and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the egg and set aside and repeat for the second egg.
  4. Add Hollandaise sauce in a small bowl and heat in microwave for 1 minute and set aside.
  5. To cooked Diced Hash Browns, garnish with parmesan cheese and green onion.
  6. To cooked Hash Brown Waffles, garnish with poached egg, hollandaise sauce, paprika and green onion.
  7. Serve Mini Hash Browns, Hash Brown Waffles and Diced Hash Browns with dips, fruits and cheese of choice and enjoy!
