Is your breakfast really complete without Cavendish Farms Diced Hash Brown Potatoes? We think not. Come to think of it, lunch and dinner may not be complete without them either.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Diced Hash Browns
- 1/3 cup ground beef
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup lettuce
- ¼ cup purple cabbage
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, sliced into wedges
- ¼ cup pickled onion
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to season
Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400°F.
- Spread frozen Diced Hash Browns in a single layer in air-fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- In a medium heat pan, add ground beef, salt and pepper to the pan and cook for 7 minutes or until well done and set aside.
- To prep, shred lettuce, purple cabbage, and cheddar cheese. Slice avocado into thin slices, and lime into wedges. Roughly chop fresh cilantro and set aside.
- In a salad bowl, add Diced Hash Browns, lettuce, ground beef, purple cabbage, sliced avocado and shredded cheese. Garnish with cilantro, pickled onions and a wedge of lime and enjoy!
