Crispy Okonomiyaki Potato Tots

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Japanese (Kewpie) Mayo
  • 1 tbsp bonito flakes
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into thin strips

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer and oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread Potato Tots in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, prepare the tonkatsu sauce by whisking together soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mirin, and mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. In a small cooking pan, toast the sesame seeds on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.
  5. Arrange the cooked Potato Tots on a serving plate. Drizzle generously with tonkatsu sauce and Japanese mayo. Top with bonito flakes, sliced scallions, nori, and toasted sesame seeds!
