Cheesy Smashed Potato Tots

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
- 1 cup chives
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Potato Tots in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, add ketchup into a small dipping bowl and set aside. Roughly chop chives and set aside.
- Remove cooked Potato Tots from air fryer and place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Use a cup to smash Potato Tots and top with Parmesan cheese. Cook in air fryer for 5 mins or until Parmesan cheese is melted.
- Garnish Potato Tots with chives and serve with a side of ketchup!
