Cheesy Smashed Potato Tots

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • 1 cup chives
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 
  2. Spread Potato Tots in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, add ketchup into a small dipping bowl and set aside. Roughly chop chives and set aside.
  4. Remove cooked Potato Tots from air fryer and place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Use a cup to smash Potato Tots and top with Parmesan cheese. Cook in air fryer for 5 mins or until Parmesan cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish Potato Tots with chives and serve with a side of ketchup!
