- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 ripe avocados

- 2 jalapeños
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Straight Cut Fries in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, marinate the steak. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, cumin, chili powder, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the steak, coat well, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to four hours).
- Heat a grill or cast-iron pan over medium-high to high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until a crust has formed. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- For the guacamole, mash the avocados in a bowl with the lime juice. Mix in finely diced white onions, 1 chopped jalapeño, and half the chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange the cooked Straight Cut Fries on a serving platter. Top with sliced carne asada, spoonfuls of guacamole, cotija cheese, sour cream and jalapeños. Garnish with remaining fresh cilantro and lime wedges!
