Caesar Salad with Potato Tots

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
- 1 large romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing of choice
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup bacon bits
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Potato Tots in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly slice romaine lettuce and transfer to a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
- Remove cooked Potato Tots from air fryer and transfer to a baking sheet. Smash cooked Potato Tots and place in air fryer basket. Cook for 1 minute or until Potato Tots are perfectly crispy and set aside.
- Meanwhile, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until well coated and set aside.
- To serve, add Caesar salad in a bowl, garnish with parmesan cheese and crispy Potato Tots and top with bacon bits. Enjoy while hot!
