Buffalo Ranch Potato Tots

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • ½ cup leftover chicken, shredded
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce of choice
  • 1 tbsp ranch
  • ¼ cup blue cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Potato Tots in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, heat up leftover shredded chicken in microwave and set aside. Roughly chop green onion and set aside.
  4. To a medium - sized bowl, add shredded chicken and ½ cup buffalo sauce and mix until chicken is fully coated and set aside.
  5. Add cooked Potato Tots to a plate and top with buffalo chicken. Garnish Potato Tots with a drizzle of ranch, remaining buffalo sauce, blue cheese and green onion. Serve while hot!
