Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Garlic and Rosemary Wedges
- 1 green onion
- 1 cup cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce of choice
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and oven to 400°F.
- Spread Garlic and Rosemary Wedges in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly slice green onion and cooked bacon and set aside.
- In a baking dish, add cooked Garlic and Rosemary Wedges and top with shredded chicken, cooked bacon and mozzarella cheese. Bake in pre-heated oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted through.
- To serve, garnish with BBQ sauce of choice and green onions. Enjoy while hot!
