BBQ Chicken and Bacon Loaded Garlic & Rosemary Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Garlic and Rosemary Wedges
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 cup cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce of choice

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread Garlic and Rosemary Wedges in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, roughly slice green onion and cooked bacon and set aside.
  4. In a baking dish, add cooked Garlic and Rosemary Wedges and top with shredded chicken, cooked bacon and mozzarella cheese. Bake in pre-heated oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted through.
  5. To serve, garnish with BBQ sauce of choice and green onions. Enjoy while hot!
