Crispy Classic Straight Cut Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Straight Cut Fries
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled, divided
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread Straight Cut Fries in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Meanwhile, make the tzatziki. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out any water. Then, in a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Toss cooked Straight Cut Fries in a large bowl with dried oregano, fresh herbs, and half of the feta cheese. Transfer to a serving plate.
- Top Straight Cut Fries with the remaining feta and serve with the creamy tzatziki!
