Soft Boiled Eggs with Hash Brown Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Hash Brown Sticks
  • 8 Eggs
  • Fresh Fruit

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Spread frozen hash brown sticks in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet.
  3. Place hash brown sticks in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. While hash brown sticks are in the oven, place eggs in pot and cover with cold water.
  5. Flip hash brown sticks and continue baking hash brown sticks for 8-12 minutes to a light golden color.
  6. Bring eggs to a boil over high heat.
  7. When water comes to a boil remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes.
  8. Drain and place eggs under cold water until they are cool enough to peel.
  9. Slice fruits of your choice as a side.
  10. Assemble hash brown sticks, soft boiled eggs, and fruit salad onto plates and serve!
