Ingredients
- Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 4 fresh garden tomatoes, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh Compliments basil (leaves)
- One package of Compliments mozzarella slices, separated and halved (12 slices)
- To taste Compliments Balsamic Vinegar
- To taste Compliments Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- To taste salt and pepper
Directions
- Bake waffle fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- Stack a tomato slice, basil leaf, and mozzarella slice, in that order, then repeat. Make 12 stacks in total.
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Create a base layer for your stack by overlapping 3 baked waffle fries on a sheet pan. Place tomato, basil, and mozzarella layers on each waffle fry, then put in oven on broil until cheese has melted.
- Set 3 waffle fries (with toppings) on each plate.
- Drizzle stacks with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add a few more basil leaves on top for decoration.
- Serve and enjoy!
