Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen. For best results, do not overcook. If defrosted, use immediately. Do not refreeze. The following cooking instructions are recommended for product quality and food safety.
Air Fryer Method

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

2. Spread hash brown in the basket (do not overcrowd – we recommend 3 patties).

3. Cook for 11-13 minutes to a light golden colour. Air fryer appliances may vary in temperature and cook time.

4. Shake basket once or twice during cook time.
Oven Method

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Spread frozen product in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

3. Flip product.

4. Continue baking for 8-10 minutes, or to a light golden colour.
Deep Fry Method

1. Preheat oil to 350˚F (180˚C).

2. Place product in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full.

3. Carefully lower basket into hot oil.

4. Fry 2 minutes or to a light golden colour.
