¼ cupSour cream
1 cupwhite onion (or shallots), minced
1 cupwhite cheddar, shredded
¼ cup35% cream
2 tspchives
2 tspgrated parmesan cheese
2 tsproasted garlic puree
1 tsp 


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread From the Farm Potato Wedges in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Place in oven and cook for 10 minutes.
    2. Turn-over and cook for another 8 minutes.
    3. Remove and allow potatoes to cool. Set oven for 350˚F.
    4. In a mixing bowl combine sour cream, cream, onion, cheddar, roasted garlic and mix well.
    5. Add potatoes and mix gently ensuring all potatoes are covered.
    6. Place mixture in a casserole dish and top with grated parmesan cheese.
    7. Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
    8. Remove, garnish with chives and serve.


Serves – 1 or 2
