Garden Greens with Sweet Potato Frites
Featuring Flavourcrisp® Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients (per Salad)
|½ cup||Preferred Salad Mix, prepared|
|3 each||Grape Tomato, cut in half|
|1 each||Red Onion Rings, cut into ¼s|
|1 tsp||Carrot, shredded|
|1 tsp||Celery, chopped|
|¼ cup®||Flavourcrisp® Crispy Sweet Potato Fries|
|¼ tsp||Sea Salt|
|4 Slices||Cucumber, optional|
Heat oven to 450°F and place Flavourcrisp® Crispy Sweet Potato Fries on a non-stick baking sheet. Place into the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
Turn and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until desired crispness.
In a large stainless steel mixing bowl add salad mix, grape tomatoes and red onion
Toss with dressing and transfer to a plate or bowl. Start in the center of the plate/bowl and build height with the salad mix.
Toss Flavourcrisp® Crispy Sweet Potato Fries in sea salt.
Transfer to salad and place on top.
Serve with a chilled fork, parmesan grater and pepper mill
Any Cavendish Farms ® French fry can be substituted in this recipe.
