4 cupsCavendish Farms Hash Brown Bites
¼ cupRed Pepper, finely diced
¼ cupYellow Pepper, finely diced
¼ cupOrange Pepper, finely diced
¼ cupRed Onion, finely diced
2 tbspGreen Onion, finely cut
¼ cupCelery, finely diced
2 tbspOlives, minced
¾ cupFeta Cheese, crumbled
4 cupsTri Colour Fusilli, cooked
2 tspGarlic, minced
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchPepper
½ cupMayonnaise
¼ cupWhite Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F.
  2. Place Cavendish Farms Hash Brown Bites in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and place on the center rack for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn and cook for another 10 minutes or until desired crispness.
  4. Remove and allow Hash Brown Bites to cool to room temperature.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the mayonnaise and white balsamic vinegar.
  6. In the small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and white balsamic vinegar.
  7. Once mixed, slowly add the dressing to the large mixing bowl mixing the salad gently.
  8. Transfer to serving vessel and serve.

    Note: for best results mix salad as close to meal time as possible. Do not mix more than 15 minutes ahead of meal time.

 Serves – 2 to 3
