|1 Package ||Restaurant Style Foil Wrapped Potatoes 3-Pack|
|2/3 cup||Ricotta cheese|
Note: The Restaurant Style Foil Wrapped Potatoes can also be cooked on the BBQ! See the bottom of the package for instructions.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and place foil wrapped potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 55-65 minutes or until desired tenderness.
- Remove potatoes from the oven and unwrap foil, being cautious of heat and steam.
- Cut a slit down to top center of each potato and fluff potatoes inside with a fork.
- Take the ricotta cheese, diced tomatoes, chives, and add to each potato and serve!
