|1 cup||FlavourCrisp Crispy Sweet Potato Fries|
|1||pie crust, prepped, unbaked|
|2 tbsp||unsalted butter, melted|
|¾ cup||light brown sugar|
|½ tsp||ground ginger|
|½ tsp||ground cinnamon|
|½ tsp||ground nutmeg|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
| ½ tsp||salt|
| ½ cup||corn syrup|
|1 cup ||evaporated milk|
|1½ cup||pecans, chopped|
- Preheat oven to 375˚F.
2.Slowly place FlavourCrisp Sweet Potato Fries in the food processor and allow them to mix for 2-3 minutes until the potatoes become a bread crumb like consistency. Remove from food processor and place in the mixing bowl.
3.Add the butter, eggs, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, salt, corn syrup and evaporated milk and blend together.
4.Place mixture into crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
5.Bake for 40-45 minutes. Test with a toothpick, once inserted tooth pick should come out clean.
6.Set aside to cool.
7.Optional: serve with sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping.
