|3||eggs, made into egg-wash|
|2 cups ||all purpose flour|
- Place egg-wash, flour and milk into the three separate mixing bowls.
2.Place hashbrown patty (individually) into the milk and allow excess to drain.
3.Place into flour and ensure the patty is covered in flour.
4.Place flour covered patty into the egg-wash and massage gently so that the egg-wash makes a coating with the flour.
5.Repeat with remaining hashbrown patties.
6.Place butter in a large non-stick frying pan on the stove top over medium heat and add coated hashbrown patties.
7.Cook for 1 to 1½ minutes per side or until golden brown.
8.Remove and serve.
